The main objective of this course is to provide guidance through sharing experience for academics to thrive in their roles and functions in teaching, research, services and leadership. Academics are also expected to be holistic and balance in their various roles. It is important for academic staff to develop overall baseline and core competencies in teaching, research, consultancy and leadership. Ultimately inspiring educators, accomplished researches, experience practitioners and transformational leaders will contribute to institutional excellence.     At the end of the session, participants will be able to:   Identify the baseline and core competencies in teaching, research, consultancy and leadership; Analyze their strength and limitation in all competencies; and Plan strategy to acquire knowledge and skills to become inspiring educators, accomplished researchers and consultants as well as experience practitioners.
