PROF. IR. TS. DR. NOR KAMARIAH NOORDIN

	Nor Kamariah Noordin is a Professor in Wireless Communication. She is also a professional engineer and professional technologist. She obtained her degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Alabama, USA, her Masters in Telecommunication from UTM and her PhD in Communication and Network Engineering from UPM.  She has more than 25 years of teaching, research and administrative experience. She has served UPM as Dean (2018-2021) and Deputy Dean (2006-2008) of Faculty of Engineering and Director and Deputy Director of UPM Corporate and Strategy Office (2008-2018). She has taught various courses at university level such as Outcomes Based Education (OBE), Problem based Learning, Program Educational Objectives in OBE, Problem Based Learning, and Continual Quality Improvement in OBE, among others.  She has secured more than RM10 million in R&D funding from local and international agencies.  She has published more than 300 journal papers, book chapters and conference papers and has patented two products. She was a visiting scholar to DiSP laboratory, University of Lumiere Lyon, France in 2015 and Mobile and Satellite Laboratory, University of Bradford in 1994. She is currently the Associate Director of Engineering Accreditation Department and the Vice President of Malaysian Society of Engineering and Technology (MySET).
