DR. SITI NOORMI ALIAS

	Dr. Siti Noormi Alias joined the Faculty of Educational Studies in UPM as a senior lecturer in 2017. She is actively involved in various types of quantitative and qualitative research projects, especially those related to corporate social responsibility, ethical decision making, disputes resolution, and performance management. She has been invited to be an expert member for Performance Management System at Elektrisola (M) Sdn Bhd since 2018 to work on improvising the current employee performance evaluation practices based on action research design and improvising its employee engagement scale. She was a co-researcher for Projek Formulasi Agihan dan Penyusunan semula Skop Kerja Staf Bukan Akademik UPM in 2019. She has been invited as an expert in series of brainstorming sessions for Malaysian Youth Index 2021 (IBM’21) under Institute for Youth Research Malaysia. Her current research interest is on mixed method approaches in areas related to human resource development and education.
