ASSOC. PROF. DR. MOHD MURSYID ARSHAD

	Dr. Mursyid started his career as Human Resource Executive at Honda Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. He joined the Department of Professional Development and Continuing Education, Faculty of Educational Studies as a Tutor in 2009, Senior Lecturer in 2016 and eventually as an Associate Professor in 2021. He has been widely published, as author or co-author of a book, book chapters, monographs, proceedings, and scores of scholarly papers, abstracts, and related materials in areas such as youth development, extension education and human resource development. He received a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development in 2008, a master's degree in Extension Education from UPM in 2010 and a doctorate in Extension Education (Youth Development) from UPM in 2016. He is also a researcher at Institute for Social Science Studies, UPM and involved as research consultant with Institute for Youth Research (IYRES) at Ministry of Youth and Sports, Malaysia. Dr. Mursyid involved actively in professional training related with leadership and mentoring, youth work and community development with NGO. He is also expert in conducting Qualitative Research and Qualitative Data Analysis using Nvivo.
