Such condition has made educational innovations especially in the context of instructional techniques or delivery systems crucial. It can be said that the main pillars of innovative delivery are derived from the word’s engagement, transformation and globalization with the main focus being to develop future-proof graduates. In the current, diverse world, ensuring engaging delivery in teaching and learning is a must and no longer an option. Engaged graduates will then be able to bring about the right changes that fit the demand of the society. At the end of the session, participants will be able to: Understand the importance of innovative delivery in teaching and learning; Expose themselves to the different methods of engaged and innovative teaching approaches; and Analyze ways to increase the scale and rate of innovation-based transformations in our education system.
