4th International Putra InnoCreative Carnival in Teaching and Learning (PicTL) 2021 Innovation for Future Education   21 - 28 October 2021 Virtual Event via Gather		Putra InnoCreative Carnival in Teaching and Learning (PicTL) has been organized by the Centre for Academic Development (CADe) for three consecutive years in 2018, 2019 and 2020. The program aims to increase the culture of innovation and creativity in teaching and learning among educators and students, upholding academic quality for the sake of national higher education excellence. PicTL is an international level program that competes in higher education teaching and learning innovations and has received response from public, private universities, teacher training institutes and foreign universities. More than 600 academic officers and students participated in PicTL 2020 themed "Innovation for Future Education". As a continuation to the success of PicTL 2018, 2019 and 2020 as well as PicTL 2020 with a combination format between face to face and online, CADe will host PicTL 2021 fully online.
