DR. SITI NOORMI ALIAS

	Dr. Siti Noormi Alias joined the Faculty of Educational Studies in UPM as a senior lecturer in 2017. She is actively involved in various types of research projects, especially those related to human resource development and education. She has been invited to be an expert member for Performance Management System at Elektrisola (M) Sdn Bhd since 2018 to work on improvising the current employee performance evaluation practices. She has been appointed as Ex-officio member for Malaysia Youth Index (IBM’21) research 2021 starting from Mac 2021 until December 2021.
