Prof. Dr. Suriana Sabri Faculty of Biotechnology and Biomolecular Sciences, UPM     The BSc Exit Interview serves as a reflective platform to evaluate graduating students’ competence, confidence, and readiness as they transition to professional life.   This sharing session will: Share best practices and approaches in conducting exit interviews for undergraduate programs. Discuss how student feedback can be analyzed and transformed into actionable insights for curriculum enhancement and program CQI (Continuous Quality Improvement). Highlight how the process aligns with the principles of Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and program improvement.   It will benefit: Program chairs and coordinators designing or refining exit interview instruments. Lecturers involved in OBE assessment and CQI reporting. Faculty quality and academic coordinators seeking evidence of program evaluation and improvement.
